Duplex House at Seaside Regional Center — Waterford, Connecticut
Remember when we used to sit at the window, cigarettes in hand, just enjoying the moment; a little peace amidst the turmoil of the day.

Oh, i’m just connected with my computer and I’ see your photography and say /// wawwww 😀
Thank you!
What a great shot and comment on it! The world outside is so beautiful and perfect, but we are not quite part of it right now…just taking a break and looking out.
Exactly – Thanks!
You’re welcome 😀
LOVE IT! The skewed angle is refreshing. Love the extra touch of something mysterious with that ashtray.
Thank you Denise – Wasn’t quite sure if this was going to work when I shot it – but I’m glad I took the chance.
Great shot. Yep, looking out the window and wondering (but without the cigarettes for me).
Nor me…I was just guessing what it must have been like to live here back in the day. Thanks!
Just a little rain is what is missing and that could be a scene from a dark and moody film! 🙂 Very nice use of perspective, it creates a very dynamic result!
Not an easy shot to compose, but this was the only image I shot and I’m glad it worked – Thanks!
One of my favorite shots!
Thank you Jenn – Happy T-giving!
I love this image, Robert. It “makes me want to write a story,” as one of my acquaintances once said (not about one of my photos, though!). But yours really does. It’s beautiful, and it’s well-composed.
Thank you – feel free to write one and use the image if you’d like.
This is a wonderful and exciting composition – love the commentary also 😄
As you know, I’m not too much for being wordy with my posts – this just came to me as i was processing it.
Clever 😀
