Lace is a delicate fabric made of yarn or thread in an open weblike pattern made either by machine or by hand. This entire complex was dedicated to its production until lace manufacture was outsourced overseas and lace fell out of fashion. The image shows what these large looms produced until the factory closed down. With a nod and a wink to my friend T. Dashfield, who asked if I had a shot of some final lace product…
